Rediscover what matters, navigate change, create what comes next and move forward with confidence.
EVOLVE Counselling Collective brings together three experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and a shared commitment to supporting women.Individually, we work with people through counselling, coaching and other professional roles.
Through the EVOLVE Counselling Collective, we bring our different experiences and perspectives together to create **small-group EVOLVE Programmes. These programmes are focused on the real challenges and transitions women can face - from changing identity, purpose, confidence, career, family, midlife and menopause, and a sense of what comes next, to relationships, connection, and belonging. Each EVOLVE Programme focuses on a particular theme, creating space to explore what is happening, learn from professional insight and shared experience, and discover practical ways forward. Our professionally facilitated programmes combine evidenced-based therapeutic insight, coaching, mentoring and practical strategies, as well as drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience.Programme as currently in-preson and held across Melbourne’s south and south-east. On-line programmes coming in 2027.
Our Programmes
EVOLVE programmes are designed to help women step back from the demands of everyday life, make sense of what is changing, and move forward with greater self-awareness, perspective and practical direction.Through a combination of professional insight, guided reflection, meaningful discussion and practical exercises, participants have the opportunity to better understand what is happening for them, explore what matters now, consider different ways forward and leave with strategies and resources they can continue to use in everyday life. Our programmes are intentionally delivered in small groups. This creates space for everyone to participate and be heard, while also offering the powerful benefit of shared experience — recognising common challenges, hearing different perspectives and building connection with other women navigating similar stages of life.
How our programmes have evolved
The focus of each programme has evolved from the themes we see repeatedly in our work with clients, together with our own professional and lived experience.Across counselling, coaching, leadership, business, parenting, relationships and community work, we see many of the same issues emerging for women in midlife — shifts in identity and confidence, changing family roles and relationships, connection and belonging, career change, burnout, menopause, separation, parenting adult children and uncertainty about what comes next. Each programme focuses on a particular theme and combines therapeutic insight, coaching, mentoring, education and practical strategies.Sessions include guided reflection, facilitated discussion, practical exercises and take-away resources or workbooks.

MEET THE COLLECTIVE
We are three experienced professionals with different backgrounds but a shared commitment to supporting women. As qualified and accredited counsellors, we bring evidence-informed therapeutic knowledge and experience to our work. But what we bring to EVOLVE, our clients, and participants extends well beyond the counselling room.Between us, our professional lives have spanned corporate leadership, small-business success, coaching, mentoring, education, community work, marketing, and tourism. And as women in midlife ourselves, we also understand many of the experiences that come with this stage of life - changing relationships and family roles, parenting, careers and businesses, menopause, identity shifts and the question of what comes next.EVOLVE brings these different experiences and perspectives together. We combine counselling, coaching, mentoring, practical strategies and shared experience to create programmes that are professionally ground, genuinely relevant and connected to the realities of women's lives.
